Returns and Refunds

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice any issues with the products or anything else with the order, please send a problem report.

When we receive a returned shipment, you will automatically receive an email notification. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

Incorrect address: If an address provided is deemed insufficient by the courier service, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the costs of reshipping once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).

Unclaimed: Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Returned by the customer: It is best to contact us before returning any product. Except for customers residing in Brazil, orders are not refunded for buyer's remorse. Customers residing in Brazil who regret a purchase must contact our Customer Service and express their desire to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a photo of the item. The return request will be assessed to verify whether the product has been used or destroyed, even partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

  • the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
  • sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return,
    therefore, Climbers Code reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

The return address depends on where your package was managed.

  • Packages shipped from our center in Latvia are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
  • Packages shipped from our center in the UK are automatically returned to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
  • Packages managed by our center in Canada are returned to 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
  • Packages managed by our associated center in Brazil are returned to Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Former KM 3.5), Warehouse 111, Galpão 02, Caxias Park Development. Paulista Park. ZIP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias - RJ, Brazil.
  • Packages managed by our center in Japan are returned to Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture, 863-0101 Japan.
