Refund policy
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed to be our error will be covered at our expense.
If you notice any problems with the products or anything else in your order, please submit a problem report.
When we receive a returned shipment, you will automatically be sent an email notification. Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.
Incorrect address: If an address is provided that the courier service deems insufficient, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if applicable).
Unclaimed: Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for the cost of a reshipment.
Returned by customer: It is best to contact us before returning any product. Except for customers residing in Brazil, orders are not refunded due to buyer's remorse. Customers residing in Brazil who regret a purchase should contact our Customer Service and express their desire to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a photo of the item. The return request will be evaluated to verify if the product was used or destroyed, even partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
Notice to EU consumers: In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be available for:
- the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return,
- therefore, Climbers Code reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

The return address depends on where your package was processed.
- Packages shipped from our center in Spain are automatically returned to Travessía Prat de la Riba, 91-95, 08849 Sant Climent de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
- Packages shipped from our centers in the US and Mexico are returned to our Dallas center: 217 Wrangler Drive, Coppell, Texas 75019.
- Packages sent from our center in Latvia are automatically returned to Plienciema 5, Marupe, Marupes novads, LV-2167, Latvia.
- Packages sent from our center in the United Kingdom are automatically returned to Antar 2 Headway Road, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, WV10 6PZ.
- Packages handled by our center in Canada are returned to 3500 Laird Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 5Y4 Canada.
- Packages handled by our partner center in Brazil are returned to Rodovia Santos Dumont, 4791 (Antigo KM 3,5), Armazém 111, Galpão 02, Empreendimento Caxias Park. Parque Paulista. CEP 25251-460. Duque de Caxias - RJ, Brazil.
- Packages handled by our center in Japan are returned to Komiyaji 817-3, Shinwamachi, Amakusa, Kumamoto Prefecture, 863-0101 Japan.
- Packages handled by our partner centers in Australia are returned to: 40 Tanimbla Street, Kedron, Queensland 4031, Australia (orders with clothing items); 338 Albert St, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (for all other products, except mobile phone cases); 6 Axis Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175, Australia (for mobile phone cases).
