When will I receive my order?

All Climbers Code products are prepared and dispatched after a short processing period of 2–5 business days. Once your order leaves our facility, delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping costs and free delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping method and order value.

  • Spain: Free standard shipping on orders over €60.
  • Europe: Free standard shipping on orders over €100.
  • USA & Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over €100.
  • International: Free standard shipping on orders over €100.

Express shipping always carries an additional cost.


Customs & Import Duties

Some international orders may be subject to customs controls or import taxes depending on the laws of the destination country. These charges are not determined by Climbers Code and must be covered by the customer if applied.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link (if the chosen shipping method includes tracking). This allows you to follow your shipment at any time.

If you do not receive your tracking link within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@climberscode.com.


My order has not arrived — What should I do?

Please check the following before reaching out:

  • Verify that the shipping address in your confirmation email is correct.
  • Check with your local post office.
  • Ask neighbours in case the carrier delivered the parcel next door.

If you still cannot locate your order, email us at info@climberscode.com with your order number and we will help you track it down.

If the order could not be delivered due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once returned, but additional shipping costs may apply.


How are Climbers Code products made?

Every Climbers Code piece is produced with high-quality materials and handled under strict quality control. We take care of the full process — from preparation to packaging and dispatch — to ensure your product arrives in perfect condition.


Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery at info@climberscode.com with:

  • Photos of the item(s)
  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue

We will review your case and provide a replacement or solution as quickly as possible.


Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs procedures.
