At Climbers Code, we want you to have the best experience possible. Here we explain clearly how our returns work:

Damaged or misprinted products

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. All claims for errors on our part are covered at our expense.

To report a problem, write to us at info@climberscode.com indicating your order number and attaching photos if necessary.

Packages lost in transit

If your package is lost during shipping, you must notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Size changes or voluntary returns

If you wish to return or exchange a product that is not defective or because you requested the wrong size, you will be responsible for the costs of the new shipment and return.

We recommend that you contact us before returning any product, as we will evaluate the condition of the item to confirm that it has not been used or damaged.

Incorrect shipping address

If the package is returned due to an insufficient or incorrect address, you will be responsible for the reshipment costs once we confirm the updated address with you.

Unclaimed packages

Unclaimed packages are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. If more than 30 days pass without a claim, the order may be canceled.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Notification for EU consumers

According to Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not apply in these cases:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods that have been unsealed and are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons.

Climbers Code reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion if these conditions are met.
